Executive Summary

The Problem

Ria's Natural Health Soap was launching new skincare products and needed social media content to help spread the word. The challenge was creating posts that not only looked good but also helped people understand what the products were, how they worked, and why they should care.

My Goal

My goal was to create social media content that felt informative rather than overly salesy. I wanted the posts to educate customers about the products while keeping the designs clean, professional, and consistent with the brand.

The Outcome

I created a series of social media posts to support new product launches and increase brand visibility online. The final designs combined product promotion with simple skincare education, making it easier for customers to understand the benefits of the products and how they could fit into their everyday routines.

What I Did

Before designing the posts, I researched skincare trends and looked at what other beauty brands were doing on social media. I also spent time thinking about who the customers were, what they cared about, and the types of content they were most likely to engage with.

Using this research, I developed a range of post concepts focused on skincare tips, product benefits, ingredients, and everyday skincare routines. I tested different layouts, colours, typography, and imagery before settling on a visual style that felt clean, modern, and easy to understand.

Challenges

One of the biggest challenges was finding the right balance between educating customers and promoting products. I wanted the content to feel helpful and genuine rather than just another advertisement.

What I Learned

This project reminded me that people connect with content that is useful and easy to understand. Good design isn't about adding more elements it's about making information clear, visually appealing, and relevant to the audience.

Final Result

The final campaign featured clean layouts, product-focused imagery, soft colour palettes, and simple messaging. The posts helped introduce new products, strengthen the brand's social media presence, and create a more consistent look across Facebook and Instagram. With 3.2-3.95% engagement rates across Facebook and Instagram
