The skincare social media campaign for Ria’s Natural Health Soap focused on creating promotional content to introduce new products and build stronger engagement with the brand’s online audience. The project involved researching current beauty industry trends, analysing competitor social media content, and understanding how skincare consumers interact with digital platforms when discovering and purchasing products.

To guide the creative direction, audience profiles were developed to better understand customer lifestyles, skincare concerns, shopping behaviours, and online interests. This helped identify the types of content users were most likely to engage with, including skincare routines, product education, and ingredient highlights. Understanding the audience also enabled the creation of messaging that felt more relatable and aligned with customer expectations.

The research showed that customers were drawn to content that felt visually clean, informative, and authentic. Users wanted to quickly understand the benefits of the products while also feeling confident in the quality and effectiveness of the skincare range. As a result, the social media posts were designed to combine promotional messaging with simple educational content that showcased how the products could be incorporated into everyday skincare routines.

Throughout the design process, a range of concepts and layouts were explored to establish a consistent visual style for the campaign. Attention was paid to typography, imagery, colour selection, and spacing to create a polished, professional appearance that reflected the brand’s identity. Each design iteration refined the overall presentation and strengthened the visual consistency across the company’s social media platforms.

The final posts used a modern, minimalist design approach, featuring product-focused imagery, soft colour palettes, and clean graphic elements that aligned with the skincare industry's aesthetic. The campaign successfully promoted the launch of the new products while creating content that encouraged audience engagement and increased online brand visibility.
